We are a Chicago area company that has experience that includes commercial, industrial and multi-unit buildings.           Safety is also a top priority for us. We invest considerable resources to ensure work sites and projects are safe and secure. We have independent work site safety audits and have Safety Certification through our union affiliations.

          Dynamic Building Restoration is a Signatory Contractor with Local 21 which includes Tuckpointers, Caulkers and Masonry Cleaners. We are a licensed Chicago Mason Contractor.
